Preamble
These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company Paprika SARLAU whose head office is at 30 Rue Mohamed Houdaiki Bd Bir Anzarane Rdc Maarif – El Maarif, registered in the commercial register n°458347 / IF: 42799062 / ICE : 002397888000062 hereinafter « www.paprikadeco.com » and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website.
Article 1 – Subject
These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between Paprika Deco and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the merchant site “www.paprikadeco.com”, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer. The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale. Paprika Deco reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.
Article 2 – Our services and products
Products from the online store: Paprika Deco offers tailor-made wallpapers and paintings. The product sheets describe each of the items sold by Paprika Deco.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are displayed in MAD throughout the store.
Paprika Deco reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated include order processing, transport and delivery costs.
Article 4 – Deadlines
On the date of order validation, delivery times will be 2 days to 7 working days to all cities in the Kingdom of Morocco.
In the event of the company closing for annual leave, orders will be processed from the week of reopening.
Orders are shipped to the address indicated on the site by the customer.
Delivery times are given for information purposes only and are in no way contractual.
In accordance with article L.121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the specifications requested by the consumer or clearly personalized. Thus, once validated by the Customer, no order can be canceled, refunded or returned. Paprika Deco will not be held responsible in the event of non-compliance with the contact details provided.
Article 5 – Right of withdrawal
From the date of the order or purchase commitment, the consumer has a period of seven (7) days to exercise his right to withdraw by sending said form detachable from the contract by any what means justifying receipt. The costs of returning the goods remain the responsibility of the customer.
Only wallpapers and paintings returned in perfect resalable condition, complete and in their original packaging (unopened) can be refunded
Article 6 – Geographical area
The sale of wallpapers and paintings displayed on the site is reserved only for buyers who reside in Morocco.
Article 7 – Force majeure and natural disasters
In cases of force majeure, transport strikes, road blockages, natural disasters or inability to travel, Paprika Deco will not be held responsible for poor delivery times or lack of delivery.
Article 8 – Data confidentiality
The information requested from you is necessary to process your order and is treated confidentially.
You have the right to rectification relating to the data concerning you.
You may receive advertisements from Paprika Deco unless you have stipulated that you refuse the use of your personal data for these purposes.
Article 9 - Warranty
All products sold in the catalog are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and material defects.
The duration of this warranty is at least one year (from the date of the order).
In the event of a return of equipment found to be non-defective, transport and handling costs may be invoiced to the customer. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse or negligence on the part of the customer.
